Lesson 1: Catching Pokemon

A:  If you want to catch all the pokemon you will need a link cable to trade with a friend, The link cable for the Gameboy color and the Plain Ganeboy are different so have someone who has the same kind a gameboy as you.

B:  Capturing a Pokemon: First you will need a pokeball these you can get at the building with "Mart" on the front and you start of with a couple. So you get into a battle with another Pokemon, it must be wild to catch it, then fight it until it is down to about a quater of its origenal life. Then go to the item section and press the down button intil you get to pokeball. Then press A it will through a pokeball at the pokemon and if it is a Good cetch it will be caught. If you are full of pokemon on your line up (the pokemon you are fighting with) it will be sent to someone pc.

C:   Accessing Someone´s pc: To access a pokemon you caught and was transferred to somenone's PC you will need to go to a building with the word "Poke" on it. Go inside, turn right then keep going straight and you will get to a PC press A on it if nothing happens try again. Then it will say :
   Someone's PC
   Robbie's PC    (that is if you named yorself Robbie
   Prof. Oak's PC  (this is where you get your pokedex rated

Press A on the selected Someone´s PC and this will come up:
  Withdaraw PKMN
  Deposit PKMN
  Release PKMN
  Change Box
  See ya!

If your pokemon lineup (or the pokemon you are fighting with) is full you will need to Select Deposit PKMN, There you will get to choose a pokemon you want to deposit to get another pokemon, pretend i pick Weedle to deposit first i select him then i press A it will deposit him. Now you can Withdraw a pokemon to do this select Withdraw PKMN and press A now you can withdraw a pokemon pretend i wanted to withdraw Caterpie i would select him and press A. Now you have got a pokemon.

Also there are more then one way pokemon evolve. Some need certain items and others need to be traded to evolve
